If I could describe this book in one word, it would be...INSPIRING.
Absolutely INSPIRING.

You read books all the time that show strength within each character, but nothing prepared me for Matthew Rohan.
He is the hero of this story...in so many ways.
He holds the weight of the world on his shoulders, and yet, he doesn't stop.
He lives every day with Asperger's, and it's a struggle to say the least.

But all it took was one person to show him that life didn't have to be routine. 
Change can be good.

"Matthew?"
"Yes?"
"I just want to try something. Would that be alright?"
"Okay."
"I'm going to give you a hug."
"Okay."
"Don't worry. You aren't alone."

Mayra Trevino has always been there, but in the background.
When paired together for a school project, Matthew soon realizes that his life will never be the same.
This girl has turned his world upside...in the most incredible ways.
I love that girl!!!

I will tell you right now that I only made it to Chapter Two before tears fell from my eyes. 
This story is beyond beautiful. 
To read what's going on inside Matthew's head constantly is intriging.

I want to applaude Shay Savage for writing this book!
This story can speak to so many, and help just as much.

Matthew and Mayra are both extraordinary characters!!
You want to fight for both of them. 
You want to see them grow as a couple as much as grow into themselves.

This book will forever hold a special place in my heart!

Shay Savage is an independent author from Cincinnati, Ohio, where she lives with her family and a variety of household pets. She is an accomplished public speaker and holds the rank of Distinguished Toastmaster from Toastmasters International. Her hobbies include off-roading in her big, yellow Jeep, science fiction in all forms, and soccer. Savage holds a degree in psychology, and she brings a lot of that knowledge into the characters within her stories.
