My heart!!!

After being left in limbo at the end of Retrieval, I was DYING for this book!!!
I had to...NEEDED to know what happened next to these four amazing characters!!

This story is focused on Heath and Clare. My goodness, was it a story to remember!!

"When I was with Heath, I didn't feel like I was drowning."

This was a very emotional book. Not only because it involves two families and one child, but also because it deals with the sensitive issue of abuse.

Aly has this amazing way of writing characters that pull at your heartstrings.

You have Heath who is a major alpha, but he is incredibly gentle when it comes to Clare and her daughter.

Then you have Clare, who is emotionally broken in almost every way imaginable. But she is so beautifully strong. No matter what comes her way, she will continue to fight for her daughter's safety.

"There's nothing in this world that I will not do to protect you two. And, if you think for one second that I can't do it, you are highly underestimating the depths of my selfishness when it comes to you and your girl."

As the story unfolds, you are completely immersed into their world. There are so many twists and turns. You never know where the story will go next!

I applaude Aly sooooo much!!!

This book (series) deals with many tough topics, but the way she weaves them throughout the story is perfection.

Your jaw will drop and you won't be able to stop reading.
Then you'll be upset that it's over.
That's when you know you've read an amazing story!!

Born and raised in Savannah, Georgia, Aly Martinez is a stay-at-home mom to four crazy kids under the age of five, including a set of twins.
