Adam James is a corn-fed, Nebraska raised, piece of man meat with a chiseled body and baby face. He is in desperate need of a paycheck and will do just about anything to get one, including stripping down to his skivvies and lathering up in baby oil.

Solo Cohan is a quirky hipster with a strong work ethic,raised by two gay dads who are head over heels in love with Harrison Ford and Star Wars, hence the name, Solo. She works for Teeg Model Management, the same modeling agency that decides to book Adam as their next up and coming model. Sparks ignite between her and Adam the minute her baby oil soaked hand connects with his practically naked body.

Even though Solo can't stop thinking about Adam during photo shoots, she quickly and awkwardly, shows Adam her distaste for male models and her inability to engage romantically with them. Adam is captivated by her nerdy talk and peculiar tendencies and sets out to make it his mission to turn the Star Wars loving hipster to the dark side, where mingling with models is widely arousing.

This book was a breath of fresh air!

Meghan knows how to write a wonderful romantic comedy. It had humor right from the start that had my crying from laughter. There were parts that made me swoon, some that made me tear up, and others that continually made me smile.

Adam is hands down one of my favorite characters I have read this year! He is sexy as sin, but he's also so innocent in ways. Being from small town USA, he had no clue what he was in for when coming in the Teeg Model Management. The whole first chapter had me in stitches because his inner monologue was too much!
I fell in love with him!!

"Yeah, she had a killer body, and what made her even more desirable was she didn't even know it. She was drop dead gorgeous."

Solo could be my best friend. Like, I seriously adore her! She's a guy's girl. She may work side by side with the best of the best, but she's as down to earth as you could be. Plus, she's named after Han Solo! Kudos to her dads for that one;) Who would have thought that this new boy would not only spark her interest, but also was a fellow nerd himself?

"He was right, he wasn't a model for sure, because by no means did he act like one. He was genuine, sweet, and there was something dark and complex about him that had my mind reeling, trying to figure out his story. Damn."

When I said this story had parts that made me tear up a bit, that is due to Adam's story. It's the reason he's doing what he's doing. It's heartbreakingly beautiful. I mean, I fell for him even more because of it. Solo had no chance.

But she had history of her own that she was trying to get over. Adam was making her feel things she promised she never would again. Isn't that her luck?!

"I was so sunk, and the funny thing was, I was looking forward to drowning in Adam."

Gahhhh!! This book was just great!! I couldn't put it down!
I needed more Adam and Solo and I couldn't get enough!

Not only was it just pure entertainment, but it made my nerdy heart so happy with all the references, t-shirts, and Star Wars talk. I also can't forget the fact that Adam called Solo "Muffin". Oh My Gee!! It starts off cute, but then you find it sexy. Weird right?! But I promise you...it is!

Between the unexpected moments, laugh out loud jokes, male models (yummo), swoonworthy speeches, heartstring pulls, and all around nerdy goodness...this book is not to be missed!!
