Book Blogger Influences: Has there been a particular book blogger who's influenced what you read? Share with us a review/book blog that convinced you to pick up a certain book.
There are a ton of bloggers who have influenced me to read certain books! I'm pretty sure every blog I've been to has made me want to read one book or another. One in particular is Ren from Ren's Rambles. She has a feature called What Say You Saturday that she works on. It's fantastic because it's kind of like WoW in reverse. Instead of posting about new releases coming out soon, it's about books that have already been released that she hasn't had a chance to read yet. She looks for opinions or she posts about books she's read that she wants other people to try out.
One week she mentioned Tropical Kisses, and I took the recommendation seriously by putting the book on hold at my local library. I was so glad that I did! It was a totally cute, clean, fun story! It was definitely not a book I would have looked twice at because it's been out for a while now and I never heard about it. But I really enjoyed it when I did give it a chance. So a big thanks goes out to Ren for recommending that book.
There are a TON of other examples I could give, but that's the one that I thought of off the top of my head. Everyone on my Twitter list has been very helpful in guiding me in my book choosing. Thanks to all who have changed my reading list up!
