TGIF and Week In Review (40)

Hosted by Ginger over at G-Reads, TGIF is a way to recap the week on your blog and answer a fun question she asks bloggers. Linking up spreads the word, so visit her blog for more info and to participate! :o) Here's the question for this week:

Musical Stories: If you could read a book about any song, which song would you love to see written down in story form?

Right off the top of my head, I think of that new Kelly Clarkson song, Stronger. It's got a really great meaning, and I'd love to read a book about the process of getting comfortable with being alone again. I'm one of MANY who have been in that situation, and it's always different to see it from the outside.

I'd love to pick an Incubus song as well, since they're my favorite. Maybe I'd like to see Wish You Were Here or Echo as stories. I'd like to hear the story behind ALL of them, if I'm being honest.. haha. They're all pretty interesting songs, especially their early stuff!

Maroon 5 has some great songs that would be fantastic as stories as well. Perhaps that's because they're a little bit sexy and I like my books a little bit sexy sometimes ;o)

What songs would you like to read about? Leave me a link and let me know!

  1. I agree with you on the Kelly Clarkson song. I'm lukewarm on Maroon 5 they are kind of hit or miss for me. Great picks though :)
