When You're Not Reading: What occupies your time when your nose isn't stuck in a book?
First of all, I do have a full-time job, and it's an hour from my house, so I spend roughly 11 hours away from the house each day Monday - Friday. When I get home and I don't read right away, I'm usually snuggling with puppies and Boyfriend, watching TV (mostly Judge Judy, Family Guy, Big Bang Theory, and Family Feud on weeknights - did I ever mention that I'm a very routine person??), eating ice cream, and working on the blog/effing around on the internet. I get so consumed by Twitter and Facebook some days!
I also have the occasional hobby. I crochet, which is much different than knitting, folks. We have lots of pets besides the dogs and cat, so I take care of the reptiles after work and on weekends as well. They're easy though. Sometimes on weekends, Boyfriend and I will go see a movie, go out to eat, go grocery shopping, or take the dogs over to my parents' house for lunch and a visit. We enjoy the occasional outing with friends, such as dinner and drinks, a comedy show, or a random bookstore visit. And when I'm in rare form I'll exercise. Rare is key, though.
OH! We also shoot guns. Boyfriend is huge into them, so I have to share the experience when it's nice enough to go to the desert and shoot. I don't enjoy it as much as he does, but it sure is a stress reliever! And I know we could all use one of those. *wink*
What do you do when you're not reading? Let me know! Leave me a link :o)
This past week on the blog:
I just started my own job! Although its only part time at the moment! Hopefully it can turn into full time somewhere down the line!

Do you listen to audiobooks on your long commute? My commute isn't as long as yours but I still listen to books while I'm in the car.
