Tourists thought stories like this were actually amusing and colorful. It added to the thrill of ordering overpriced drinks (from human waitresses dressed in trailing black "vampire" outfits) while staring at real, honest-to-God, undead bloodsuckers. - Chapter 5

ReplyDeleteI've never read the series before, but I started watching True Blood sometime last year (if anyone watches it, did you see the finale of this last season?! OMG!) and I usually try to read the books that shows/movies I like are based on.
With the exception of there not being the same Lafayette and Tara that I know and love from the show... I have not been disappointed!
