Q. Name 3 authors that you would love to sit down and spend an hour or a meal with just talking about either their books or get advice on writing from?

A. Jodi Picoult would be one because her books are so deep and smart and ridiculously heartbreaking sometimes. Janet Evanovich would be another because Stephanie Plum just rocks my world! And Richelle Mead would be the last one. Talking about Georgina makes my world go round.. so I bet I would have a lot to say to her about that series! If I could pick more, I might pick Jennifer L. Armentrout because she has some seriously exciting stuff in the works right now!! And maybe I'll pick a guy.. Nicholas Sparks because I've been reading his books for years now and adore almost all of them. :o)

Q. What’s the ONE GENRE that you wish you could get into, but just can’t?

A. For me this one is sci-fi. I'm cool with paranormal romance and some urban fantasy, but straight up science fiction just doesn't do it for me! I just really like normal people and vampires.. lol. Authors like Stephen King don't work for me either very much. I've never really liked his stuff. Wish I did, but I just definitely do not. OH, I also don't much like historical fiction either. I don't mind reading some Jane Austen, which is maybe weird, but I don't books written now set in long ago. If they time-travel there.. that's a different story.. lol. I know. Strange.

    I wish I could read more dystopian novels Ive read a few and I like some.. I just never get blown away by them

    Great picks! More big time authors! I've read 1 or 2 novellas of Stephen King but yeah, not that into his work either.

    Hey Mickey, just stoppin by. I've only read books by Richelle Mead and that was recently. I just finished Frostbite from the VA series, I totally love it. Rose is awesome ;)
