Q. Let's step away from besties...What is the worst book that you've ever read and actually finished?
A. I'd have to pick Talia Jager's If I Die Young for the most recent book that answers this question. The Celestine Prophecy takes the cake, though, and is definitely the worst book I've read and finished in the past. I also really couldn't stand Wicked Lovely, but it isn't the worst book.

The Wicked Lovely books were alright. They weren't top faves but I did read them all. The book I struggled through the most though was another fave of a few bloggers and I was upset that I didn't like it! Could also think of another one but it was before I began blogging so no review exists!

I just had a friend recommend Wicked Lovely to me...I thought I'd give it a try, but it is always checked out at the library.
ReplyDeleteHmm... I keep seeing Wicked Lovely pop up and it seems people either love it or hate it. Ha! Who wrote The Celestine Prophecy? I haven't heard of that one..
ReplyDeleteI've heard a lot of mixed reviews of Wicked Lovely. A lot of people love it and a love of people are just indifferent about it. I wonder how I'll feel once I finally read it.

I usually don't even finish the ones I don't like. I just hate force reading and like to spend the time on better books. Although I do have very few that I have forced myself through.
