Follow Friday - 5 Quirky Things/Habits

Q. It's circle time. Time for us to open up and share. Can you tell us FIVE quirky habits or things about you? We all have them...

A. Oh yes, and I definitely do. Here they are!
  1. I hate cotton balls. I hate the way they feel and will rarely touch them. The way they pull apart like that.. ew!
  2. I don't like my armpits/underarms (whatever you call them) to be touched. It's a weird thing I have, but they tickle and it's very uncomfortable. I know.. I'm crazy.
  3. I LOVE the old episodes of The Twilight Zone! They're fascinating to me, and I love the black and white aspect.
  4. I usually have 3 books I'm reading at one time. Generally I have one I'm listening to on CD at work, one I'm listening to on my iPod in the car, and one I'm physically reading. Sometimes I get stories confused but it usually works pretty well for me.
  5. I love the smell of bread. Geesh, the bread aisle anywhere is usually my favorite. And as long as we're talking about quirky things, most of the time I can't smell anything anyway. My nose is all messed up and doesn't really work for its main function, but that's a good thing almost always.
There you have it. A list of my weird issues, quirky habits, and strange don't-dos. Hopefully you go to the FF site and follow the featured blog! Happy Friday!

  1. Hi

    I'm a new follower.

Does anyone like having their underarms touched? More to the point, why would someone want to touch your underarms? (I am kinda freakish about belly buttons - don't touch it!)

  2. I like the smell of warm bread, it baking. Never really thought much of the bread aisle and I worked in the bakery department at the grocery store for awhile!

  7. This is a fun question. I’m learning so much about everybody and I don’t think most of us are as quirky as we think we are.

My quirks seem normal enough. As I wrote them I woke up to the fact a lot of my quirks create inner conflicts. I’ve got a lot to think about!

  10. Hi, Mickey. Thanks for stopping by. I'm here to return the follow. :) You'd totally love my house. We bake our own bread with a bread machine. We make a cheesy mustard pretzel bread that is to die for. I could live on that stuff. Have a great weekend.
